How Do I Delete A Channel From A Campaign Group?

To delete a channel, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your Campaign Group.
2. Click on the settings button next to the navigation bar.
3. Select the "Manage Channels" option.
4. Locate the channel you want to delete.
5. Click the delete icon next to the connection.
6. If the channel is linked to active campaigns, a warning message will appear.
   • The message will notify you that all associated campaigns will be removed from related Groups and Campaign Groups.
   • Choose whether to proceed or cancel the deletion.
7. Confirm your decision to delete the channel.

Deleting a channel from a Campaign Group does not delete the connection itself. It simply dissociates the channel from the specific Campaign Group. To revoke a connection entirely at the Organization level, you must delete all accounts under it separately.
