1) Terms and Conditions

GRWR AI Platform FZ LLC maintains the website https://www.thegrower.ai/ (the “Site”).

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and https://www.thegrower.ai/ policies and rules.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.Payment ConfirmationOnce the payment is successfully completed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt.


2) Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Grower support.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refund eligibility is subject to service conditions and approval by Grower in accordance with applicable agreements.


3) Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

If cancellation is submitted after this cutoff, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew further.
